Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled before they are sent. It may only be RTO after shipment. If an order is cancelled, the sum will be refunded for prepaid orders.

Cancelation Standards:

Incorrect or incomplete customer address information (street number, landmark, etc.)

• If you find an incorrect product pricing or specification, please contact us at toolsburhani@gmail.com.
• Product unavailability - In rare situations, if a product is "out of stock" with the vendor, it will be cancelled.
• False information was suspected.
• If our Logistic Courier Partner determines that a region is "non-serviceable" or "out of delivery area," the order can be cancelled.
