Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be canceled before they are sent. It may only be RTO after shipment. If an order is cancelled, the sum will be refunded for prepaid orders.
• In the event of an incorrect pricing or product information error on the website, the order may be cancelled at any stage, including after the order has been placed or confirmed. If the order has been prepaid, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion in cases of pricing errors, product information discrepancies, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent or false information, or any other circumstances that may affect the fulfilment of the order.

Cancellation Standards:

Incorrect or incomplete customer address information (street number, landmark, etc.)

• Product unavailability - In rare situations, if a product is "out of stock" with the vendor, it will be cancelled.
• False information was suspected.
• If our Logistic Courier Partner determines that a region is "non-serviceable" or "out of delivery area," the order can be cancelled.
