Delivery Guarantees:

On specific delivery speeds and products, we offer guaranteed delivery. When guaranteed delivery is offered on a purchase, we'll let you know on the checkout page, along with the delivery date and cost.
We will reimburse any shipping fees associated with an order if we specify a guaranteed delivery date and no delivery attempt is made by that date.
The "order within" countdown timer indicates the time frame in which you must place your purchase in order to receive your delivery by the date specified. Because of changes in inventory or delivery capacity before you place your purchase, the delivery day may become unavailable within that timeframe. Your order confirmation email contains your verified delivery date.

Determine Shipping Costs and Schedules:

Shipping fees and times are determined on shipping speed and item weight/size.
To establish the applicable shipping fee and time for items in your Cart, follow these steps:
• Choose Proceed to Checkout.
• Choose or enter your shipping address.
• Choose a shipment speed and click Continue.
• Continue after selecting a payment method.
The total shipping and handling cost, as well as the projected delivery date, are provided in the Order Summary.

Rates for International Shipping:

The cost of shipping items from each product category varies depending on the item, shipment, and shipping method selected.
Rates are calculated based on shipping a single item. Additional purchases from a vendor may result in multiple delivery charges.
