Returns And Refund Policy
KROST has a very clear return and refund policy. Returns/refunds are available in the following scenarios:
- Wrong item sent- If the model received differs from what is displayed in the photo or if technical specifications differ, KROST will provide a full (no questions asked) replacement/refund as desired by the customer. The incident, however, must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise, along with supporting photographs and videos. However, depending on the manufacturing modifications, the color of the product may vary for Machines, Tools, Equipment, Spares, or Accessories.
- Item Damage - If the product is damaged, KROST will provide a full (no-questions-asked) replacement or refund, as requested by the customer. However, the damage must be reported to KROST Support within 72 hours of receiving the product, along with accompanying images and videos.
- Defective/Incomplete Product Received - In the event that a defective product is received, KROST will provide full refunds, replacement, or availability of spare parts/missing pieces (if applicable), as desired by the customer. Defects must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of the product, together with supporting photographs and videos.
Note: If a consumer has a concern, he or she must share an opening/unboxing video of the goods with the customer care team.
- If the cancellation request is made before the merchandise is shipped, KROST will issue a full refund. However, cancellation requests for hefty shipments (over 10 kgs) must be filed within 24 hours after ordering the product.
- Cancellation requests made after the product has been shipped will incur a courier fee for big shipments (Above 10kgs). If the guaranteed delivery date is missed, KROST will provide a complete (no-questions-asked) refund.

Refund Procedure

In the case of a pre-paid order, the refund will be conducted using a payment gateway or any other online banking / electronic funds transfer system authorised by the Reserve Bank of India and would be credited to the customer's account from which the transaction amount was paid.
We will only execute a NEFT bank transfer to your bank account if you pay cash on delivery (COD). KROST required the following information from you:

It usually takes 7-10 business days for your money to appear in your bank account.
