Eligibility for Return / Replacement
A return or replacement request may be approved under these conditions:
- Incorrect Product - Specifications, model, or material differ from the website listing.
- Damaged on Arrival - Product arrives broken, dented, or physically damaged.
- Defective Product - Verified manufacturing defect or non-functional unit.
- Missing Components - Accessories, attachments, or parts not included in the package.
Note: Minor variations in colour or finish due to manufacturer updates are not considered defects.
Reporting an Issue
- Issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
- Customers must share an unboxing video and clear photos/videos showing the problem.
- Additional verification (call/video call) may be required.
- If the customer does not respond within 72 hours, the case may be auto-closed.
Return Guidelines
- Product must be returned in unused, original condition with complete packaging and accessories.
- A repacking video is required for safe pickup and verification.
- Pickup scheduling depends on courier availability (typically 2–3 business days).
Return Will NOT Be Accepted If
- Ticket is raised after 72 hours of delivery.
- Customer no longer needs or wants the product.
- Product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
- Customer reports they are unable to use the product.
- Customer placed the wrong order.
- Customer is unwilling to repack the product securely for return pickup.
- Individual items from combo packs are requested for return.
- Customer purchased a machine elsewhere and only buys spare parts from us — fitting/compatibility issues are not our responsibility.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation by Us
An order may be cancelled if:
- The delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, or non-serviceable.
- COD is selected for a non-COD eligible location.
- Product goes out of stock.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
Cancellation by Customer
- Full refund if cancellation is requested before dispatch.
- Once the shipment is picked up, courier charges will be deducted.
- Cancellation requests must be emailed to toolsburhani@gmail.com.
Refund Process
- Refunds to prepaid customers are processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timeline: 7–10 working days.
- EMI orders: Bank interest/charges are non-refundable.
- COD orders are refunded via NEFT, and accurate bank details must be provided by the customer.
Warranty Support
- Warranty services are provided directly by the manufacturer/seller.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase and required photos/videos.
- Depending on inspection, the product may be repaired or replaced as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

We may modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the latest policy periodically.
